The Position Offers
Gotland Regiment is seeking an HR Administrator for the Personnel Department at the Regimental Staff. You will work closely with your colleagues in the department and support our managers in the organization. As an HR Administrator, you will coordinate and perform various administrative tasks that are commonly found in a personnel department.
About the Unit
The Personnel Department is responsible for all HR and personnel service processes at Gotland Regiment. Your immediate supervisor is the Personnel Manager and some of your closest colleagues are HR Manager, personnel officers, personnel administrators, and HR generalists. We provide support in the area to the entire organization through advice and guidance.
Main Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, you will handle tasks according to the manager's decisions, such as preparing hiring decisions and placement decisions, as well as drafting documents in our case management system. You will support your colleagues in the department with administration in our ongoing processes. You will assist managers in the organization with certain personnel administration in our personnel system. You will participate in and write minutes and protocols in connection with our collaboration forums. Maintenance and management of our physical personnel records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Several years of experience in administrative work
- Good computer skills
Personal Qualities
You are a positive and solution-oriented administrator who enjoys working independently with administrative tasks that also include recurring routine tasks. You are responsible, meticulous, and can create structure in your work. You learn new support systems easily and are eager to initiate improvements. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
DESIRABLE
- Experience in administration within the FM, such as PRIO and Vidar
- Proficient in Excel, including data analysis
- Experience in HR administration

Gotland Regiment was re-established on January 1, 2018, to strengthen the Armed Forces' presence on the strategically important island. Since 2020, conscripts have been trained again at P 18, and the unit will gradually be given more capabilities until 2030.
